Katimavik Elementary School is one of the best public elementary schools with french immersion program in town. Other than that, Katimavik is quite established area, you won't find new houses here, but you will find good facilities such as Wave pool, parks, hockey arena.. also easy access to 417 and close to the Centrum shopping plaza...
