Telephone interview,

usually is questions around team work experience, initiatives, pass experience, small amount of technical question. I had several phone interview, and those are for screening purpose.

memorize all the answers for the possible question and practise at home or printed out and put the keyword of your strengh in front of you when you are at your phone interview, you might get the job in one shot. I got phone interview on monday and got the job offer on Friday, the same week. total 20 mins, 5 questions and 2 are detailed technical question.You need well prepared and try to sell youself when you answer those question. 那个人也是说就20min的interview，我问需要prepare什么吗？她说什么都不要，就是talk一下，然后就说you will be fine。希望我可以得到这个offer吧。对了，还想问一下就是你当时有要她的联络方式吗？我听有的人说要写thank you note。谢谢。

answer it shortly but throughly, give them the main idea, they might need a little bit explaination, ususally they give your time to finish your statement

You can ask what's the pay range for this position,they might answer you depends on what kind of company they are. For goverment, they have no problem to tell you, but private company they might ask you how much do you want, have the answer in you mind for them.
