I rotated and balance the tires there. At one time their installer used the air gun to install the plastic caps on the tire bolts. Then when I went back again after 8000km of driving, they had difficulty removing the plastic caps because they were installed too tight. They had to use force and damaged the caps. I had to buy new caps out of my own pocket.
I went back to ask them for the money I spent on the new caps. They refused to pay me the money. They did not accept the responsibility that their installer had caused the problem.
