I have a house in Ottawa and now I am planning to buy another house in Hull or Gartinao. Could anybody tell me how much tax I will need to pay for the two houses? Should I pay the tax for my first house according to Ontario's regulation and the second house according to Quebec's regulation? Most probably, I am going to live in one house and the other one will be for my friends or for renting.
