I am in the states now.
I missed the 5D deal here, friday was the last day they have rebate.
The lowest I could find was 2259USD. Now all stores raised 5D's price. Lowest now is 2449USD.

Currently most of the online stores in the states require shipping address same as billing's address, also lots of stores stop shipping to Canada.
