Need help!!!

My dad lost one of baggage on April 12 when he arrived Ottawa airport. It was reported right away. Till now the bag is not located yet. I am extremely upset about Air Canada's baggage services. Nobody there call me on the lost bag since April 12.

Tonight I called again and guess what? They ask me to give more time about another 6-7 weeks for them to relocate my bag.

Does anybody have any experience on it? Any answer is appreciated.
我们丢失过小孩推车,我在加航网站打印了一份索赔单,好几张,填上推车的牌子、价值。几个月后,他们寄来50加元。

My dad does not keep any receipt for the items packed in the lost bag. He is not a frequent traveller. Of course he would not expect that the bag could be lost. I do filed a declaration form with estimated value of the lost items. What we want is just my dad's bag rather than the money because it is not easy find suitable quality clothing for my dad here.

I have to give them more push. They are just tooooo slow.
