Canadian Scholarship Trust Plan 有人了解情况吗?

I saw this topic in the 购物指南 but no answers there yet.

Does anyone know more details about this plan since I will need to consider the RESP very soon?

That is just paying other people (the agent, the broker, the advertiser etc..) to invest for your RESP. If you ever want to leave their plans, you will have to pay penality.

If you have basic knowledgement for investment, you can also invest your RESP by yourself. Just go to a bank or financial institution to open a RESP account to buy bonds or mutual funds or whatever you like. Then you have total control to your own RESP investment.
