Need help for applying citizenship

I am applying the citizenship for my son. The CIC asked for his birth certificate. He was born in China, so his birth certificate was writen in Chinese. Is that OK if I sent them the Notary Certificate which was given by the Notary Public Office of China (I used this when I applied immigration for him). I'm really appreciated if anyone could answer me this question.

你应该给他们发你小孩的出生公证书,那应该是中英文的.

要不,你把现在的出生证到中国大使馆公证后,发给他们.

直接发过去肯定不行.

I think you can do it.
For exampele, when I sponor my parents application. CIC asked for my birth certification, and I sent them the notarize copy， which is acceptable.
