不妨委屈大妈一下跟机场说脚不方便需要轮椅服务，上次我妈回去时多伦多机场没有语言服务，但他们安排轮椅服务，从多伦多－温歌花－台北－澳门都有人来推轮椅.

那你就为加拿大机场着想，试想语言服务和轮椅服务哪个成本更高，全世界有多少语言？

Vancouver Airport has Chinese speaking staff at the gate. You can see them / hear them as soon as the passengers walk off the plane. Also, 95% of passengers on the flight are Chinese. Just grab someone while she is at the airport. It is probably easier that way.

What can be really helpful is that you get somebody to get you a Canadian Custom form - the one that is usually handed out to every passenger on the plane. You can fill it out for her and mail it to her. I believer that is the only paperwork that she has to deal with.

Agree. We had an old Chinese lady followed us to Ottawa when we came back from Beijing.

一般情况下飞机上随便找一年轻点的中国人都会帮忙的。我也是，上次来渥太华的时候照顾着一大妈从填表，转机到打电话全包，指望着这次我爹妈八月份过来也能碰上一情绪好的人。

某次是从北京回来，没有直飞温哥华的票，绕道东京。带领一队七八个从北京去旧金山的老人转机。好像导游一样。和我都不是一个候机楼，我容易吗我。
