请教[请求]

我曾经和朋友一起住过,但是和我住一起的人被抓去坐牢怀疑藏械(警察在LOCKER里面发现有枪)..我也是后来才知情,.朋友出事以后我就搬开了,后来那个朋友也打了官司,被无罪释放...事情已经过了有一年多..我自己正准备上个星期去移民LANDING,结果移民局通知我不要去,说在我的FILE里面发现警察对我有一个CHARGE...难道那个人被无罪,警察就把罪推到我身上吗??和那个人住的还有2个人,,现在他们也不知道他们的情况,是否一样有CHARGE...我完全不明白了...现在也LANDING不了,而我该怎么做呢??我可以去警察局澄清吗??我会不会被警察抓去坐牢?如果我要先找律师,是不是就不用去牢里???
我太冤枉啊...本命年难道真要把我逼死吗??
哪位英雄救救我,告诉我该怎么做??

I think you should find out about your charge first. Hire a good criminal lawyer and dig out the file from the police station. If the charge has no ground, your lawyer can request the police to drop the charge and clean your file. It may be a complicated process, different from immigration. Don't hire immigration lawyer. Hire a criminal lawyer.
