估计还是老人不够多，而且有老人的家庭顾虑很多。看到有人回了帖子自己有删除了。其实这并不是一个很困难的事情，只要多几个人想这么做。

对不住了，有点儿私事耽误了上网，这里依旧热心。再等一下看，会不会有更多，其实，有四或五家就可以啊。提议7月7日，星期六中午12点，下雨改星期天，哪儿都行，建议 Vincent Massey Park。

我这边应该没有什么问题。现在至少有我们两家了。看看那个3TCAT家的能不能行。这两天父母刚到，还挺忙活的。再有一两家就可以了。悄悄话给你我的邮件地址。

还行, 不过公车比较少, 不如Centrepointe那里公车方便.

The location is convinient - there are all kinds of stores on Merivale. It is not far from downtown, Kanata, and barhaven. And the traffic in rush hour is not bad at all.

If you have kids, the schools are not great according to what I heard.

It is a quite neighbourhood. Trees are small, lots are small, but there are several small parks and the capital bycicle path is right behind.

Overall, I am satisfied.

Personally I think Ashcroft's house is overpriced. But on the other hand, I still think it is worth it. Basically you get what you pay for - Central Park's biggest advantage is NOT in its house design or the quality of it's work. It is in its location. Whether you work in downtown or in the west, you would almost never run into traffic jam. It is so easy to get round in any direction. That's at least 20 to 30 minutes per day saving of your life. If you think this is worth the premium price you are paying, then you wouldn't be bothered too much when the house is less than what you expected.
