I heard that too and found their website. But after I look the fine print. It basically is mix of fine Fescue grass seeds which is already in most seed mix in store. Shady seed mix has higher percentage of it. These type of grass grow very slow,need less mowing. But if you what it looks good,you still need to mow. The price is high. Check for yourself.
