Be careful when you deal with a Chinese builder

I really want to take a look at the house. If it meets my criteria I will definitely buy it. Can you give me more info such floor plan, projected closing date, price range etc.?

We just tell people those facts. It is our right to sell the house we built to anybody. Before signing the legal agreement, there is no obligation for both parties. Any parties can walk away. And we have already given the buyer the choice to walk away long time ago back in May. It is not one day, or one hour decision. In the other word, even we want to sell on MLS, it is our right to do it. There is nothing wrong. We have been working so hard to try to reach an agreement for two months. Unfortunately, there is no result yet and we decide to stop there. Anyway, the house will be on the market next week.

We don't want to blame anybody. This is part of our life. We hope everyone should look forward.

One thing I forgot. There is no deposit in this deal. They never give us deposit as they suppose to do according to the 1st agreement. We don't owe the buyer any penny.

能不能把那个房子的地址，价钱和简介给我也发个悄悄话，我也很感兴趣。

Buider和你搞了2月也没收你咨询费，估计你得到的咨询，足够你自己盖房了，哈哈，你赚了。

楼主可以尝试自己 custom build your own house all by yourself. 可以悭一大笔钱。
(如果你真的认为这是最悭钱方式。)

生意做到双方都有得赚, 就能顺利进行. 如果只有一方赚, 另一方要赔, 则不能顺利进行. 这是Common Sense, 我写着都觉得是废话. 但是很多人在给自己争取利益的时候就会忘了这一点, 压啊砍啊直到把对方最后一滴利润闸出来才放手. 这样的生意不作也罢.

房子已经公开出售了, LZ若真喜欢这房, 还可以去买啊.
