Thanks Riven. Seems Rogers has no problem for visiting Sina. I'd consider to switch to Rogers.

Just wonder how comes it's so slow from China Motion to China Telecom. Like always congested.

Thanks, Shrek. I saw the latency in AOL is much larger than what is in Rogers or Sympatico. Maybe because you were using dial-up connection. Anyone using Primus or other ISPs is welcomed to post his/her results here. Thanks
