rental from $330 to $350 due to inflation rate and rental raise from my landlord. no kidding.....well, sort of.


btw, the pic in the link is a little bit different from actual room. and this building is located at 1161 wellington St.

Note: just for reference, for ppl who want to know the rent of this building : $749 / month plus hydro.
