求救！！谁可以帮助修电脑！！

电脑主机不能启动。
所有部件都拔插过一遍了。插上电源后主板电源灯是亮的。
按钮应该也是好的。但是按下没用，没反应。
实在不知道怎么回事。
谁可以帮助修一下，谢谢

my friend had same problem with Dell computer..it took a few times to make it to start..sometimes 20 minutes..

这个看上去应该是需要作系统清理了，先清理一下系统，关闭不需要的开机启动程序，扫描有没有大量占用资源的病毒或者间谍软件流氓软件。

应该是很典型的电源问题.

感觉是主板没有上电.
