姐妹们怎马护理头发的？现在头发很毛躁，很蓬松，很乱，不顺滑不服帖怎马办呢？

我也是啊，我妈妈天天说我怎马掉这马多头发，去哪里都能看到我的头发，好烦阿~

建议不要长期使用同一种品牌的的洗护产品，尤其是宝洁的
常换比较有益

我最近在用的是tresemme的，salon用品，不过shoppers就买的到。anti-breakage对我的效果还不错的。

MM是干性发质的话，可以尝试leave-in cream或是spray一下，说不定有效果

For Shampoo, Rehab may be a good choice and for Conditioner, go with American Cream.

我把熏衣草精油加在洗头水里　不用护发素　头发出来也是很顺很滑的～～
