问个SPEEDING TICKET的问题~~谢谢~~

在去多伦多的路上由于没走416，走的是HWY7所以速度没控制好，警察说80LIMIT我开了119KM，给了我张280的TICKET，初犯还这那么高，那省警一点都没商量的余地，郁闷，所以想问问如果不请律师自己打官司能搞的定吗？具体怎么办啊？还有就是被扣分能在网上查到吗，因为TICKET上没写扣多少分？一般是6分吗 ？

well, you have 2 choices:
1) To challenge the evidence from OPP, i.e. show me the record of when I speed
OR
2) To pledge for lower fine, since this is your first speeding offence
