挺有意思的，这几天天气不太好，有点阴。这个是18-200么？我朋友想要个18-200 vr ii.

Yes, that's Nikkor 18-200 VRII.

Thanks. This is what I did:

1) Make whatever adjustment you like (such as, brightness/Contrast, Curve, Level,etc) to the picture;

2) Make a duplicate layer;

3) Blur the new layer with Gaussian blur, and set Fill of the layer to 30%.

And that's it. I did the same process for the following one.
