xxxxxxxx-VIN CHECk 的误区！xxxxxxx

不知从何时起人们买车之前都要用CARFAX做一个VIN CHECK，反正本人帮人查VIN已有两年，只是最近才停止。主要原因不是怕麻烦，而是太多的人过于相信VIN ChECK，以为只要CARFAX没有报告问题，一切便万事大吉，只要价钱便宜此车便可以买；这样，在许多情况下怕是帮人不成反而害人。具体原因我将随后贴上， 也请其他有经验人士指教。

I know what you mean, becasue people might bring it to a garage to fix it so the ministry of transportation wouldn't know what have happened
