我也一月入学，学生会注册是什么啊？？？？
能说说吗？

It;s the membership of Chinese student association of OU. You get a membership card which you can use to get certain discount in some of the major supermarkets and resturants in Chinatown. Also, you will only pay the membership price for the activities that are oragnized by CSA.
