RCMP应当用一中更安全的方式。 但RCMP的方式， 超出了这个“度”。

例如，对于 警察到达之前，挥舞椅子，砸窗户，警察到达之后，继续挥舞手臂，试图逃跑，并企图拿订书机的哥们，不能使用电击，而要赤手空拳地制服。

我再提一次：4个RCMP可以在不使用TASER的情况下， 将他制服。

换上个打斗专家，４个警察赤手空拳还真的不一定打得过。而在当时的情况下，警察无法核实身高体壮的那个波兰人的打斗水平。何况, “he appears to pick up a stapler on a counter"

警察也是人，为什么不用电击枪，而要赤手空拳地制服暴力行为者? 这会使得其他守法公民得不到有效保护。

I agree that the mounties should not conduct physical contact with a guy who appear to be physically unstable. It is necessary for them to consider for others and bring the guy down as quickly as possible before it does any threats to others.

Yet, I don't see the point why they have to taser him the second time, when one strike is sufficient enough to bring him down.

I guess the mounties were not aware of how dangerous the taser could be, and the man appear to be quite resistance and strong.
