刚回来，不过一会还要出去，大体看了看那个news，发现叙述的不是非常清楚，同时对于法规的描述也不完全正确，等回来，再给大家转贴政府的law的原文，现在先大体说说：
对于停在路边、露肩上的闪着警示灯的警车、救火车、救护车，路过的车辆应该特别小心，要非常尊重：
【1】如果左边还有车道，最好转到左边去，当然转之前，要观察、打转向灯、shoulder check，就是MSC；如果一时不能change lane，那就稍稍等在后面，还是change到左边比较好；
【2】如果仅仅只有一个车道，那就没有其他车道可以change了，可以通过，但是通过的前提是一定不能妨碍emergency vehicle正在进行的工作和威胁到任何人。
通过时一定要小心，技术上：
速度一定要慢，时速5公里、10公里就行；
脚要cover brake，随时准备刹车；
眼睛一边观察正常行驶的traffic information，一边特别留意emergency vehicle车辆和他们的officer，包括警察、救护人员、救火队员等等；
车辆通过的路线，在不影响对行车辆的前提下，尽量远离emergency vehicle。
等晚上回来，再把法规发上来，大家自己看看。

对于这项规定的省府交通部的解释如下：
Watch for Emergency Vehicles
There are two situations where motorists will encounter an emergency vehicle on our roads and highways: when a police, fire or ambulance vehicle is approaching from either direction or when any of these vehicles, with their lights flashing, is stopped in the same direction on the road or the shoulder ahead. Fire and ambulance vehicles will use flashing red lights and police vehicles may use either flashing red lights alone or a combination of flashing red and blue lights.
Motorists should respond to police vehicles with flashing blue and red lights in the same way they respond to flashing red lights.
Reacting to an approaching emergency vehicle
As required by law, a motorist who sees or hears an emergency vehicle must clear the way. When a police, fire or ambulance vehicle is approaching from either direction, with lights flashing or siren on, motorists are required to pull to the right, and if possible, stop. This is especially important during peak traffic times. Also, motorists must yield to an emergency vehicle at intersections.
It is also illegal to follow within 150 metres a fire vehicle or ambulance responding to a call.
Failing to pull over and stop for an approaching emergency vehicle can result in the following:
Fine - $90 ($125 in a Community Safety Zone), plus 3 demerit points on your driving record upon conviction.

今天雪大，出门开车的要注意，下面我给大家总结了一下雪地行车需要注意的，提醒大家下：
其中：
绿色数字的为初级水平；
黄色数字的为中级水平；
红色数字的为高级水平；
【1】加油、刹车都要轻和缓；
【2】方向盘转动也要缓；
【3】行驶中保持好与前车的距离，最少double，就是4秒钟的距离，或者简单记忆为：车速50公里，与前车的距离50米；车速30公里，与前车的距离30米，等等，这时车距的时间为3.6秒；
【4】加油跑偏，松油门；刹车跑偏，松刹车；
【5】拐弯前，提前根据路况、弯道中车和人的情况，提前减速，转弯中最好不要加速和踩刹车；
【6】万一在转弯中或其他情况下甩尾了，车尾朝那个方向偏，方向盘就朝那个方向打，用来纠正。
【7】车道中，尽量沿着前面车的车轮压的痕迹走，不要另辟新路；
【8】尽量不要轻易换线，如果需要换线，要尽量找两条线之间没有雪的地方换线，因为两条lane之间的雪，非常容易让换线的车跑偏、失控，务必小心；
【9】如果由于各种原因，已经感到即将进入失控状态，自动档的车最好把挡位推到空档，再集中精力去控制方向盘和刹车；
多数自动档的car，挡位从D到N，都不需要摁那个挡位的按钮的，直接从D档前推，到N档后，自动停住，不会到R档的，知道了这一点，紧急状态时推挡位的效率会很高，大家可以提前确认下自己的车是否是这样。

谢谢，的确很忙，宁愿让自己的帖子沉下去，也不想仅仅写个 “ up” 或者 “顶”，因为希望每一个帖子有知识性，最低也希望能有趣味性，算是对看贴人的尊重。
本周一到四考场工作，周五考场休息，我的学生，通过了 3个G牌，3个G2。
作为教练，我感觉考生只要考前认真准备，考试时不要慌张，战略上藐视、战术上认真，通过率还是非常高的。
具体来说：
考前认真准备：每一个考试要点都要明白，技术上丝毫不能含糊；
考试时不要慌张：想想考试也就仅仅是次考试而已，就算这次不过，我们每天仍然可以看到灿烂的阳光，享受平淡但是幸福的人生，
，紧张非常不利于技术的正常发挥，多多地宽慰自己，多多地心理暗示自己，提前想通，还真是很有效的。战略上藐视: 要明白开车就是个熟练活，不需要极大的天赋，残疾人都能开，肯定难不倒四肢正常的人呀。
战术上认真：每一个动作、每一个观察都要极其认真、都要充分到位、都要一丝不苟，
，控制好每一个转弯、每一个变线的速度、加速度和角度，胜不骄、败不馁，成功是每一个到位的动作的总和，成功源自perfect的细节s。

疲劳驾驶的危害与预防
大量资料表明，当前特大交通伤亡事故中，由于疲劳驾驶造成的占了很大比例。
疲劳驾驶不但会影响司机的视觉及反应、判断能力，而且也会影响司机的 警觉性和对问题的处理能力。特别是由于疲劳而产生的短暂“微睡眠”期增多，是交通事故发生的重要诱因。
那么，如何避免疲劳驾驶呢?
要避免疲劳驾驶，首先要保证有足够的睡眠。
一天当中有三个危险 时段，即中午、黄昏和夜里，这三个时 段开车要格外小心。
其次，要让大脑皮层有恢复的时间，最好不要长时间持续开车，大约每持续驾驶100公里或两小时就应该停车休息，途中感觉单调犯困时，索性停车休息一会儿恢复体力，千万不可强打精神开车。
司机还要合理而科学地安排作息时间。司机进行长时间或长距离驾驶时，影响最大的是与驾驶直接有关系的各种机能。因此，一般情况下，防止疲劳最有效的措施是充足的睡眠，尽量不要开夜车，保证休息。
跑远途时应该几个人轮换着开车，一人开车其他入睡觉，视觉也可以得到休息。还应当调节一下座位和椅背，或过一段时间就下车在路边放松一下自己，眼晴不要老 盯着公路的中心线，必须与其他车辆保持安全距离。
再有就是要自寻刺激，可收听一些节奏感强的音乐或听些笑话，吃清淡食品、多喝水，茶有兴奋作用，是长时间 开车者的上等饮料。
千万记住，不要事先确定抵达目的地的时间，以防止为赶时间而疲劳驾车。
司机还应该学会一些消除肢体和器官疲劳的保健操，利用驾车间隙或者休息时间缓解疲劳。
眼 驾车时眼睛是最难偷懒、最易疲劳的器官，驾车时间过长极易引起眼部疲劳，因此，可利用各种休息间隙做一些眼部保健活动，在景物过于单调的高速公路上行驶，应该适当地左顾右盼变换视觉焦点，用不同的景物来保持一定的视觉兴奋度。
耳 由于汽车噪音的影响，长期驾车的过程中听力会在不知不觉中有所下降，会觉察不出可能造成事故的危险声响。因此，驾车时听的音乐音量以不影响驾车安全为好。休息间隙最好别再听音乐，让耳朵得以休息，并按摩耳廓等部位以缓解疲劳。
