Very painful working with French IT workers

In my past career, I ever worked with european IT worker from UK, Germany and France.

Here are my feelings

UK: similar to the work style in Canada. No complain at all
Germany:
- Pro: Very detail driven, time keeping, accurate, team oriented. Good team work spirit
- Cons: Easy to critisize other's little mistakes
Overall no complain in terms of getting work done.

France:
- Pro: Non
- Cons: Lazy, arogent, fail to communicate, lack of team work spirit
Overall: Terrible!!!!, I wish no more work relationship with French guys anymore.


I prefer working with English or German speaking guys, rather than French guys.

How about working with Chinese workers?

Most Chinese IT workers are very good at communicating with Chinese IT workers if the communication will not pose threat on his/her job/position.

French IT workers really sucks. Unreasonable at all!!!!

French guys are very good at art, music, and literature , but not science or technology. Very concerned with the quality.

I wonder how come China gave so many important infrastrcture contracts to France like Big Theatre(EGG) in Beijing, CCTV new building with very stupid and unstable shape. Even french itself ruined their own project, the ceiling of new Paris Airport fell off last year and kill couple of passengers including one Chinese.

Almost Chinese poeple work hard and very nice. A few Chinese people are very terrible, 内讧和拆台 they couldn't see other people better than her. So that the Canadian people ask is it your culture?

关于中国人之间的办公室的故事,内讧和拆台会有,但是我认为绝对不是主流,绝对不能上纲上线.

我在加拿大工作有9年时间,其间和中国人有工作关系的,点头能知道名字的至少有300人,只和一个人有过冲突,他是我去的那个部门的老员工,因为工作上的观念不同,我和他有过激烈的争论,最后我们还是和解了,我走了后他还给我做了REFERENCE.

我特别烦那些动不动就拿中国人之间的矛盾上升到"中国人"的丑陋的地步,我以前的公司有个资历很深的国人竟然在公司内部的NEWSGROUP用英文说中国人很恶心,喜欢内斗,说他的一个中国大陆来的同事给他老板造他的谣.那是一个有好几千人的大公司.很多人都看见他在NEWSGROUP的慷慨激昂的发贴批判丑陋的中国人.他还说:"YES, HE IS CHINESE! FROM MAIN LAND CHINA"

那些觉得本地人比中国人更好的,你们要小心,从内心上说鬼子还是更照顾他的同类.在关键的时候还是中国人帮中国人,当我在很困难的时候,中国人帮我的比例远远超过本地人的比例.
