That was not an issue, I guess. We can all find the IBM Web site and check open positions.

But if someone from within IBM can help submit resumes, things could be a bit different.

如果是IBM里的人，可以拿推荐费。不过，这种网上认识的人，很不可靠，如果在公司里表现不好，影响自己的信誉。

如果是IBM外的人，可以收集简历，自己去申请。这事过去发生过。

It does not matter to me how much 推荐费 one can get from IBM as long that person could help me to make my resume to the hiring manager and help me get the job. I would have nothing to lose anyways.

Thank you for ccc! although I don't have chance to work with you in the same team, I appreciate your kindness and help.

The story is like this, I have one friend who asked me to find him a job in IBM Montreal. I talked to the recruiter, she said she will try to find a position for my friend. Meanwhile she is looking for a person who fits for the role I posted, but it seems very hard to find a good candidate to start the job asap. I'm trying to do her a favor, so that her can put effort on helping my friend in Montreal.

mangliu, If you are a person has family and friends, you should understand. I appreciate you work to find the links for us, and I hope you know, not everybody is MONEY driven.
