Here is a really neat freebie from IKEA. During March Break (the timing of which varies from location to location), they're running Camp IKEA, with a different (FREE) activity each day of the week! Here's how it breaks down:

• IKEA Montreal's program is running this week, March 3-8, from 11am-2pm. The theme is, "It's cool to be green" and they have craft workshops, including decorating a frame, making a pencil cup, and decorating a mirror planned. Sounds like fun!
• IKEA North York's program starts next week, March 10-14 from 10am-12pm. Their activities include an IKEA Scavenger Hunt, Tree Planting with the Ontario Forestry Association, and Mad Science.
• At both IKEA Richmond and IKEA Coquitlam, Camp meets March 17-21, 11am-2pm. They're going to decorate a wooden picture frame, decorate a pot to hold a plant, making garden tags, and crafting some rock critters, and more!

Camp IKEA is free, requires adult supervision, and is open to kids 12 and younger. UPDATE: This just in, IKEA Vaughn and IKEA Burlington are offering Camp IKEA, too. Both programs run March 10-14, from 10-12, and include live animals with the Earth Rangers, tree-planting, and more!
