我对这个不懂，但是我知道，国内买房都是一次性搞定，每个月只需要交物业管理费

但是美国加拿大还要每个月交税，是不是，所以问问，一套25w加币的房子，一个月要交多少钱

这要看是什么样的房子和在哪里了.
如果在KANATA这样的房子大概一年要交$2500 - $3,000左右吧.每年还要涨一点.08年大概会涨5%.
