请上 http://216.129.28.69/OnLineRoll/MunicipalitySelection.asp (您也可以从http://www.mpac.ca/ 人口，但步骤较多，故从http://216.129.28.69/OnLineRoll/MunicipalitySelection.asp 上更直接)。第一步您应选择所查房产的所在市镇，比如说，TORONTO City。然后在下一页健入街号，单位号(如果有的话)，街道名(仅健入街名，不要健入Road, Ave., Square等)，如果填入的信息正确的话，最后点击Search，政府对该物业的估价报告便会在下一页显示出来。

What kind of information can I get on AboutMyProperty™?

Property owners are entitled to the following reports free of charge for each property they own:

One (1) Property Profile Report on their property.

Twelve (12) Assessment Roll Look Ups on the properties of their choice.

Beginning January 2004, you will receive the following information free of charge for each property you own:

One (1) Property Profile Report on your property.

Assessment information for twelve (12) properties of your choice consisting of:

Six (6) Assessment Roll Look Ups; and

NEW ! Six (6) Detailed Property Reports.

The new Detailed Property Reports will better enable owners to compare assessment information for similar properties and help determine whether their 2003 property assessment is accurate. Each report includes address, roll number, current value assessment, sale and site information. Look Ups for residential properties also include structural details such as square footage.

Other reports are available for sale through the AboutMyProperty™ site.

The Agent should have information on the property tax the owner paid for the year 2003, from which you can calculate the MPAC estimated value to a common June 30, 2001 valuation date.
The MCAP value = property tax year 2003 / 0.01534 (tax rate year 2003).

Similarly you can do the same calculation when the new tax rate for year 2004 is available in the near future. It is worth noting that the most current MPAC assessed property value, which is used to determine the property tax of year 2004, is the value to a common June 30, 2003 valuation date.
