"First unit broke plastic blade in windblown powder snow @ -30°C. Replacement unit was not new. Box had been retaped, packaging was missing, minor scratches on unit and owner booklet had been used. What's more wouldn't run on a GFCI - tripped GFCI immediately. Started on non GFCI but units' internal trip went in 2 - 5 seconds and hot electric smell accompanied. Was then told that even though replacement was not new and failed upon initial startup must take it in for warranty repair. Yes, truly appreciated the several hours of my time this has taken along with fuel costs etc."
