<HTML>Frankly I can understand your thought. If I would like to apply for a position, I would like to know how about the company first.
But I think mike has his reason too. It is not a position open for all person. You know sometimes a company dont want to look for people outside. But if some employee refers a good person, it is also a good opp. In this case, I think you dont hope to broadcase the company name too. It is not good for both the employee and the applant. Right?
It is just my idea about this post. I know sometimes my post is not fit for all visitors here but I just would like to say what I thought. no more, no less.
And, I know a little about mike and I believe him.
