请问有人熟悉 Lakeview Park 这个区吗？

最近对Lakeview Park这个区的一个房子感兴趣, 请问哪位朋友知道这个区的情况？谢谢！

Good area, house is little older. Don't get a house by carling and holly acres, there are very noise. There is talking to build a bridge there to quebec.

I remember school are moodie and bell's corner high, not bad. But check with school board with it.

No problem for selling the house. Many 100 years old houses are still very popular. But you would spend more money to fix it. But a 20 year old house may need same kind of fixing as 40 years house. Since usually roof, furnace, appliances only last about 20 to 25 years. Once fixes is done, the house should be trouble free for many years.
