Do not give her those processed cheese (those are put together with yogurt etc in grocery store). Always buy "real" cheese (they are usually in a separate section in grocery store). Start with mild cheese, like cheddar, mozzerella, or havarti. Choose very young cheddar, like cheddar cheese curds. St. Albert is a popular brand here.
Yogurt: look for at least 2%M.F, natually sweetened. Or try the organic baby yogurt where you can find in Superstore organic food section (there is only one type for baby, I fogot the brand name).

YoBaby? It's too sweet for my taste. I gave my daughter Astro's 6% MF Balkan style yogurt, plain flavor and I add fresh fruits, or not, she really enjoyed that. Right now I just feed her what I'm eating, Activia.
I agree with WQK, it's better to serve real cheese: Gouda, Havarti, Brie, Mozzarella, Cheddar or cheese curds. My only issue is that a lot of the cheese are too salty. My daughter really likes Laughing Cow, it's a cream cheese from France, really tasty, Costco has the best price. She likes Babybel too, which is another brand from France, it's conveniently wrapped in wax, easy to take on trips.
I agree Yobaby is sweet. Now I give my son Astro, sweetened with honey (he is 2 and old enough to have honey). He used to love babybel and cheese curd, now he lost interests. I will try Laugh Cow. The problem with cheese is, no matter what kind of cheese we buy, we always end up throwing away a lot. Because we can not consumpt so much cheese in our daily Chinese diet.
