If you have studied in Ontario secondary school, yes, you need them, otherwise you shoudl submitt you grades from China along the application form.

Esl classes are no such big different, it wholly depends on waht program you wanna apply and then go choose which ESL you wanna take. Carleton has more Chinese students in ESL more then OU, so not so much time to practice English.

550是指5月入学吗？有否限制专业，如计算机TOEFL低些，商科TOEFL高一些。
还有对于高中毕业生是否有预科要求？
