如果你指买新屋,那我也赞成有没有经Agent都差不多。因为据说builder对付commission给Agent诸多限制的。或是如果你指直接去找卖屋的Agent来做buyer agent,就要看成功交易的机会有多高,不过一般省钱的都是卖主。但是如果你指自己去买sell by owner的屋子的话,这个讲法倒不大对。
值得一提的是:其实Agent是帮助大家原成交易的。如果有做research,会发觉sell by owner的叫价是比Agent的叫价为高的。有些更高得不像样。
