Piano tuning tools

I play piano and would like to tune my piano at home. I know I can get a digital device to check the frequency, but I don't know where I can get the actually mechanical tools in Ottawa. Even Toronto/Montreal will be fine. I am doing some search on the web too.

Any idea will be appreciated.

For whom ever interested, I did some quick search on the web that lots of people buy tools online and tune the piano between the professional services and there is some step by step procedure. I don't recommend any one has no background in music to do similar work though.
