$8000=3 lot, 值不值？

看上一个小区，Builder和房型都满意。可惜标准43Lot已经卖光了，只有两个选择：

1, 46Lot， 前宽后窄，有Bell/Cable 盒子，+8000

2。43Lot，有side walk和路灯

哪个比较好？付8000加3Lot，值吗？

For second lot, street light may not be an issue, but side-walk is always a pain;

The first lot is a reverse pie shape lot, it is not ideal either..you have more lawn to take care of, but it is in the front yard, not in the "private" backyard...

Yes, I also think side walk will be a headache. But I hesistate to pay $8000 for just 3 lot.

Is the 46 foot lot you mentioned a corner lot? If it is, that $8000+ is for the half wall brick...
