看model house时，在walk in closet的ceiling上有个小门。有什么用，上房顶吗？

新房子的电话线的布线用的就是网线，即是电话线，也可以做网线用。

电话可以用无绳电话。

Check your basement. You might find a tube pointing out from the top of the basement with a long nylon rope. That is most likely the fish line extending all the way to the ceiling. You will find the other end from the ceiling, tied to the wood structure of the roof.
