哪里的数码相机最便宜？怎么装CABLE？

我想买个SONY的数码相机，大概350左右，哪里可以买到最便宜的阿？
还有，我现在屋里没有网络，我想安一个CABLE，要多少钱，有初装费马？一个月多少钱，要是我换房子了怎么办？移动线路要付钱马？

If you are the student in OU or CU，then you can apply for the student package, best deal is to apply for the whole yr,only 375(incl.tax).NO installatation fee applied. If you applied for this pakage, they won't charge you if you change your address. BTW, they will not charge you extra money if you dont have cable TV.
(Rogers will charge you about 10 bucks/month for the internet cable user who dont have cable TV service combination.) That's all i know.
