If you have young children need daycare and not too high income (less than $100000/ family) , also know a little bit French. Gatineau is great.
Otherwise the property tax is higher than Ottawa, income tax is higher than Ontario, you will have difficulty communicate with school teacher, find a doctor, get service etc.

谢谢！原来那边税更高啊，我没有小小孩了，一个大孩子去蒙特利尔上大学了，所以考虑到魁北克买房是否能省些学费。法语基本是0。
