我的老外朋友，男的，人非常nice.这是一个3bedroom的house,租出来一间，什么东西都可以用，他平时白天上班，天下就是你的了。他人很好，开车买菜绝对没问题。他家的后院特别大，夏天吃BBQ爽死了。

怎么说呢，这个价格事不便宜，但也不一定就是贵得有点离谱。因为我这个朋友就一个人，家里条件很好，他上班的时候，家里就是你的天下了。他很喜欢中国人，你炒菜他不会嫌你油烟大的，而且他人很好，平时带你出去玩，买菜一点问题都没有，后院很大，夏天的时候很爽的。我想这样的条件不是350-400这样的房间可以比的。你说呢？

附近是carling wood mall.87路的终点就在那里.可以直接到OU.
