Help: About the course of GRAMMAR I

I am planning to take a grammar course this Fall. Could anyone tell me little bit about these courses :

GRAMMAR I Course: ESL5421.

or

ENGLISH SECOND LANGUAGE - WRITING - ADVANCEDCourse: ESL5203 ?


How is it? Does it help?

My sitution:

I finished my degree at Carleton U, but I always feel less confident about my English. Especially, speaking and writing.
