请教：尾椎骨受过伤是否会发生难产

几年前摔伤过尾椎骨，当时觉得不严重，没有看医生，但是坐硬的地方或平躺时间一长会有酸痛感觉，现在怀孕5个月，听人说尾椎骨受伤会导致难产，想请教是真的吗？
