help for credential evaluation in WES

I just wonder if anyone who has once applied for the credential evaluation in WES (World Education Services Canada) would like to give me a hand. I am really frustrated with the service and do not know how to go further after application online. Thanks in advance.

我用的是WES(美国),是online申请的.当时曾经担心这里online申请,而学历等文件是由北京的有关部门直接邮寄给WES的,会不会有问题,每天都上网去查,结果非常顺利.

1) Who will ask the verification reports from Beijing office? me or WES?
2) Do they (WES) need the report in English or Chinese?
I would be very grateful if you could hel me out with the questions. I am really in stalked with the application. Besides I am very sorry that I can not type in Chineses.

1.你要和北京的有关认证部门联系,填写认证表(网上),交费(通过银行汇款),并提交相应的文件(邮寄给认证部门).他们会根据你的要求直接把认证报告寄给WES.
2.WES要求英文的认证报告.

当时我做认证的时候,WES只需要我的online申请和北京认证部门的认证报告.刚刚又查了一下WES所需要的文件,又多了一项本人要提交复印件.他们的要求越来越多,还是早些办吧.
