actually, you can add French Canadian input locales in the Keyboard definition in Control panel, like simplified chinese input locales. Then choose the French input instand of English or Chinese when you use it.

"{"+"u" -> û

3971 Navan Road， 有很多便宜的猪肉和牛肉卖。
尤其是猪蹄子，猪肘子，舌头，猪心，等等，巨
便宜。 上个星期买了一箱子。不到三十块钱。
包括：

12 个猪舌头。
8个猪蹄子。
6个猪肘子。
2个猪心。
2副猪肝。

不过买这些东西要提前打电话预定。直接去他们没时间处理。
