sending small package to China

Who has experience of sending small package to China? I sent some clothes three weeks ago by air at Canada Post. I was told it would take 6-10 business days. But my family still hasn't received it after three weeks. Does Canada Post refund some money to me if my package got lost? Should I wait a little bit longer? Does anyone have experience of lost package? Thanks a lot.

6-10 days is a lie
the true will be 2 week business days upto 1 month sometimes
don't worry it will be there somehow and someday..just j/k

I remembered that last year I sent small package to China with Canada Air, it was very fast within 2 weeks. But this year the package is lost, we wait for a couple of months and finally Canada post refunded. Not sure why, probably because of Olympics? After 45 days you can call them.
