I agree that the housing market is undecisive at the moment.

All this may depend on the overal economy. If the current resession recovers in 1 or 2 years, the market will resume upward trend. But if it evolves into a prolonged depression, 15-20% price drop in housing market would not be surprising, especially the high-end properties.

个人猜测，现在渥太华的房价同去年最后三个月比较，应该是呈下降趋势。
