I heard that you should write a letter to ur faculty and give them ur reasons why you want to transfer to other faculty, if you can convince them, then no problem. Maybe you can go to ur faculty to ask for some details. Good Luck!

区别就是三年的不能继续读MASTER,但是四年的可以,但是都可以拿到BACHELOR DEGREE
