请教公寓供暖问题

渥太华的天气越来越冷了, 请问一般公寓的暖气什么时候会提供? 要等到温度低到什么程度呢?

Ottawa 20C (68F) from 6:00 a.m. to 11 p.m., and 16.7C (62F) from 11:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m.
