给父母续签表格的问题

在FAMILY MUMBERS 那里有个TYPE OF DOCUMENT REQUEASTED 应该参照哪里去选A ,B, C, D, E
还有一个是在 COMING INTO CANADA 那里 那个original entery to canada 和 most recent entry to canada 那里要怎么填 因为我妈妈来过好几次了 不知道那个 original 到底指的是什么

1) Did you mean which of the following to choose from? Ask yourself the questions: What your mother is doing here and why you need to fill in this form?

2) Not sure which of the following to select? You fill in the place and date for the first question only if you mother didn't leave Canada and re-entered into Canada after her "original entry to Canada" for her visit this time. It does not matter how many times she has been to Canada.

If she did, then you would have to fill in the places and dates for both questions.

你是说，一张表格，同时申请两个人。那个ＡＢＣＤＥ，就是文件上面那个定义吗。你说呢？是指你要申请哪类延期。主申请选什么，家属也选什么。
