N-able Technologies has an opening for a Software Development Manager to lead one of its development teams. The incumbent will be an integral part of the Product Development team and must have proven ability to lead a high performance team by applying agile development methodologies.

Responsibilities:
- Provide strong technological leadership in all phases of the development life cycle
- Make architectural recommendations and enhancements to N-able Technologies' line of products
- Guide the team through maintenance cycles on legacy C++ code for Linux/Novell and MAC OS
- Lead the development of new features on .NET platform using C#
- Plan and co-ordinate concurrent development activities while meeting departmental deadlines
- Minimum of three years experience managing development teams in a fast paced environment
- University Degree in Computer Science, BSc or equivalent
- Skilled in Microsoft .NET technologies and C++ for non windows environment
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong project management (including risk assessment) skills
- Ability to mentor and foster team creativity
